In 2004, I moved to Australia and graduated with Honours in Industrial Design from Monash University.
I have always had an interest in technology & art. During the course of my studies, I discovered my fascination for 3D through through the introduction to Alias and Maya.
Upon my graduation in 2008, my academic achievements landed me a position as an Alias modeller at Delineate. During my time there, my passion for photography, and software dexterity led to my progression as a lead visualisation specialist.
Having always been fascinated with gadgetry, I enjoy devoting my time to familiarising myself with the latest cameras, computers, technology and experimenting with hardware & software. This led me to learn such tools as; generating HDR maps & backplates for use in renderings, camera matching CG to film & coding for interactive interfaces. I like to try alternative solutions and find ways to push their boundaries, with the portable GPU farm being an example. Recently I have been expanding my knowledge into the world of manufacturing, prototyping & engineering. I believe I can quickly adapt & take on new tools.
Due to my flexible nature, I feel that I work well in teams. I enjoy exchanging ideas and processes & learning from one another.
Outside of work I enjoy participating in adrenaline sports such as downhill bike riding and snowboarding with friends as well as hands on project such as working on the bike.
